Program Manager
We are seeking a full time EXPERIENCED Program Manager who will manage, oversee and provide direction to assigned coordinators and support staff team in our various group home locations.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Multi-site management, ability to effectively lead by overseeing consumers support plans. Applicants should have an experienced working knowledge of the Department of Human Services and Minnesota Statute 245D ‘s rules.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: PRIOR 2 YEARS MANAGERIAL EXPERIENCE IN A GROUP HOME SETTING, Bachelors degree in social services/human services field, psychology or sociology, supervisory and program management experience, excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently, ability to work toward accomplishing outcomes desired by the consumers, ability to juggle several hot priorities at once. Applicants must be flexible with every other weekend work requirement, be able to respond timely, quickly and effectively to crisis at any of the homes and other duties as required.

Program Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced Program Coordinators to manage one or two of our group homes in Brooklyn Center and Brooklyn Park. As a team leader and player, you will coordinate the overall running of the group homes by assisting the consumers with the daily living skills and needs, staff supervision, community activities and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Applicants must be flexible and be willing to work every other weekend ( hours will vary based on the consumers’ needs, a combination of some morning and evening shifts required), be able to pass the Department of Human Services background study, applicants should have a working knowledge of the Minnesota Statute 245D ‘s rules and regulations, have strong organizational skills, and be competent in using various computer programs.
Responsibilities to be an excellent program coordinator : Oversee all consumer programs. Plan and coordinate health services.
Work with the Program Manager to plan and implement daily programs and activities.
Maintain a clean environment to ensure consumer and staff safety, support growth and program development, train staff on policies and procedures and other tasks as required.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree with previous experience in group home setting dealing with children, adults in managerial role, strong leadership qualities and organizational skills with excellent written and verbal communications skills.

If hired, you will be:
Providing care for consumers with disabilities and or traumatic brain injury in a group home setting, working on consumer goals, activities, community integration, assisting with ADL’S, administering medications, treatment documentation, cooking, cleaning, laundry, bathing/shower consumers, meal preparation, light housekeeping chores, personal care as needed and other tasks as required. Must have empathy, good written and verbal English skills, must be flexible, reliable and self motivated. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
