Tolad, Inc. provides in-home support and residential services to people that have disabilities.

We are a for profit corporation which was established in January of 2001. The company was founded with the object-ive of providing quality community based residential services for people with disabilites.

We are a visionary company and are enthusiastic about the opportunity to serve people in the community. The guiding program philosophy for our residential services is based on the belief that community intergration and positive therapeutic relationships will provide alternative to institutionalized expectations and behavior patterns.

Our services are designed to empower individuals to exercise choices, to teach functional skills and to model an effective healthy relationship buidling. Our program is based on input from each individual we serve, their families, social workers and significant persons involved in their lives.

Tolad, Inc. is licensed by the state of Minnesota to provide waivered services in Hennepin County.
